My name is Anthony Fasano and I am a Professional Engineer as well as a Certified Professional Coach. I have worked in the corporate world for almost 15 years and throughout those 15 years I have put a lot of effort into advancing my career as rapidly as I could.
I have always enjoyed helping others succeed as well, therefore about a year ago, I developed a Career Development Seminar that I presented within the engineering company I worked for. The results of the seminar were extremely powerful and people took huge action steps in their career as a result of it. The satisfaction that I received from presenting the seminar prompted me to look further into how I could inspire more professionals to take control of their career and advance at the pace that they wanted to, while enjoying it along the way. That is why I became a Certified Professional Coach.
Through my career development presentations I have spoken with engineers in many different companies and the one recurring theme seems to be the lack of career development support. Many engineers, especially in the larger companies, feel lost or unnoticed with regards to their career advancement.
My personal goal is to help engineers gain the career development support they need by pushing for the implementation of career development programs that include individual coaching. I also plan to speak to as many engineers and technical professionals as possible and share the development tips that I have gained through my career advancement.
